Manupackaging Coronavirus (COVID 19) Policy Statement Update
23 | 2020
We are pleased to inform you that Manupackaging UK is open and operating our normal working hours. Following recent government advice, all staff that can work from home are now doing so and are able to pick up phone calls and emails. We are using Microsoft Teams as a way of replacing both internal & external meetings. Post is being collected daily, but we would ask if all correspondence could be made electronically wherever possible please.
Manupackaging have assessed the possible risks & have adopted the NHS & Government measures to ensure ongoing product supply & to ensure the health & wellbeing of all employees.
Our production facilities in Corsham remain open and we are running normal shifts with stringent precautions for our workers. Our warehouses also remain open and are taking incoming deliveries from our manufacturing locations outside the UK as well as despatching outbound goods.
We have imposed restrictions on access to our site & have advised all staff that all travel, visits & external training have been postponed indefinitely.
We have assessed the possible threats to our supply chain, both directly & indirectly, by communicating with our suppliers regarding both people & the material control methods they have employed & can confirm that there are no foreseeable issues at present.
Whilst we currently do not therefore anticipate any issues with regard to the supply of our products, it would help us greatly if you could pass on any forecast information that you have for the products that we supply to you so that we can ensure we maintain the correct stock levels for the current demand.
We will continue to monitor the situation in order to be able to take any necessary measures in order to maintain continuity of supply.
